Who, me?
I’m a Learning & Development Specialist who genuinely loves helping things “click.” Whether I’m designing a course or facilitating a session, I’m always thinking about how to make learning engaging and applicable to real life.
My career started in the classroom, where I realized two things: I love working with people and am fascinated by the human brain. That curiosity eventually led me to graduate school and the field of instructional design. I’m particularly interested in how people process information, how technology shapes learning, and how we can apply theory in practical ways.
I believe impactful learning experiences begin with understanding the real problem. Not every performance gap requires extensive training for remediation- sometimes a quick resource, a conversation, or a better process is enough. And when training is the answer, it should be relevant and built for the people it’s actually meant to serve.
I’m known for bringing clarity to complex ideas and for asking the right questions. I also spend a lot of time coaching others, providing design feedback, and helping navigate tricky stakeholder conversations.
At the end of the day, I care deeply about people. I want the work I do to improve their performance, understanding, and day-to-day.
